Privacy Policy

This page sets out what personal data Silver Audition SA processes when you use this website, for what purpose, with which providers and for how long.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Data controller

Silver Audition SA, Rue de Couvaloup 5, 1110 Morges, Switzerland.

Swiss business identification number: CHE-161.135.658.

Telephone: +41 21 801 65 65. E-mail: info@silveraudition.ch.

Silver Audition SA alone determines the purposes and the means of the processing described here. It has not appointed a data protection advisor within the meaning of art. 10 FADP.

2. What data we process

2.1 The data you send us

When you complete a contact form or a request for documentation, we record your name, your e-mail address, your telephone or WhatsApp number if you provide it, and the content of your message. Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to handle your request; the others are optional.

2.2 Data on where your visit came from

When you reach this website from an advertisement or a campaign link, your browser passes on address parameters that we keep for the duration of your visit in your browser's session storage: the source, the medium, the name and the keyword of the campaign, the advertising click identifiers, the first page viewed and the website you came from. This information is recorded permanently only if you send us a form, in which case it is kept together with your request. It tells us which advertisements prompt enquiries. As long as you send us nothing, it does not allow us to identify you.

2.3 Technical data used to prevent abuse

Each time a form is sent, we compute an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of your IP address and record that fingerprint alone, with no other data. Your IP address is neither stored nor logged in clear text. This fingerprint serves only to limit the number of submissions over a given period and to filter out automated submissions. It is deleted after 30 days.

2.4 What we do not process through this website

This website collects no data relating to your health or your hearing. The results of your hearing assessments and the data linked to your hearing aids are processed at our centres, outside this website, and are not covered by this policy.

3. Purposes and grounds

We process your data in order to answer your enquiry, arrange an appointment, send you the documentation you request, and measure how effective our advertising campaigns are.

This processing rests on your sending us your data voluntarily with a view to making contact, and on our legitimate interest in securing the website and in knowing where the enquiries we receive come from.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it on to any third party for marketing purposes.

No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken on an exclusively automated basis. We carry out no high-risk profiling within the meaning of art. 5 lit. g FADP.

4. Recipients

The data you send us is recorded in a database operated on our behalf by the following providers.

Provider Role Hosting
Supabase Database of enquiries European Union
Lovable Website hosting and delivery Distributed server network

The advertising click identifiers described in point 2.2 are currently recorded in our own database only and are passed on to no third party. Should we set up conversion reporting to an advertising network, this page will be updated before that transfer begins.

Within Silver Audition SA, only the people who handle customer enquiries have access to this data.

5. Disclosure abroad

Our database is hosted in the European Union. The member states of the European Union appear on the list of states that the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection of personal data. No additional contractual safeguard is therefore required for this hosting.

The website itself is delivered by a network of servers spread across several countries, whose function is to carry the pages to your browser.

6. Retention period

Enquiries received through the forms are kept for 24 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted.

The IP address fingerprints described in point 2.3 are deleted after 30 days.

If you become a customer, the data linked to the contractual relationship is kept for the statutory periods that apply, outside this website.

7. Security

Exchanges between your browser and this website are encrypted. Access to the database is restricted and authenticated. No measure makes data processing invulnerable: we encourage you not to send us sensitive information through a web form.

8. Cookies and local storage

This website sets no advertising cookies and no audience measurement cookies. It uses neither Google Analytics nor any other third-party statistics tool.

It uses your browser's session storage to remember where your visit came from. That storage is cleared automatically when the tab is closed and is not accessible from any other website.

No consent banner is therefore displayed. Should we add an audience measurement tool, this page will be updated and the corresponding consent mechanism put in place beforehand.

9. Online appointment booking

The appointment booking button takes you to a platform operated by an independent provider, at app.meintermin.online. As soon as you leave our website, the information you enter on that platform is processed under the responsibility of its operator, in accordance with its own privacy policy. We then receive the appointment agreed.

10. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the data we process concerning you, to ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, to ask for it to be deleted, to object to its processing, and to ask for it to be handed over to you or transferred to a third party in a common electronic format.

To exercise these rights, write to info@silveraudition.ch or to Silver Audition SA, Rue de Couvaloup 5, 1110 Morges, Switzerland. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to prove your identity before acting, so as not to disclose your data to someone else.

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland.

11. Changes

We may adapt this policy. The version that applies is the one published on this page, together with its update date. Where our processing changes substantially, this page is updated before the new processing begins.
